I'm offering a paypal exchange service where you the end receiver get's 25% extra in paypal. Now don't call me crazy but yes I'm offering an extra 25%. sheepe
I would be using vanilla visa giftcard's to pay invoices that you make on your paypal hence why it is 25% cheaper not to mention that there is no fees. No chargebacks. monkayes

Requirements:
1) No fresh paypals , I'm in no way responsible if your funds get held as result of your paypal being new. bdsm
2) Crypto Payments upfront as I have to pay for the expense's of the giftcard.
3) Your paypal should have the ability to make invoices.
4) Minimum Amount: 5$

You can obviously try a small amount if you're in doubt even as low as 5$

5$-50$ - 15% discount
50$-100$ - 25% discount
It's a bit harder to get giftcard's above 100$ so If you want higher amounts just ask me and I probably would have to do it in 2-3 invoices.
