WTB - Someone to Crack or Ban an Instagram Account

Title of the thread is pretty clear. Need to get an IG account blocked or, at minimum, banned.

Willing to pay (obviously), but because of the flood of scammers that seem to pervade these threads, I'd require proof of your capabilities.
