Method 1:
1. If your balance is in PayPal, you want to buy gift cards with it. i always prefer buying razer gold cards as they get the most value.
2. go to paxful.com and register an account.
3. go to buy, select your gift card type and the amount, if the amount is bigger you will get better deals and lower fees. ( you can get for around 10% fee only if your amount is +100$)
4. just hit buy, you will be immediately connected to the buyer, he will tell you to send the cards.
5. after sending the cards, there is a button on the right or left hand corner of the screen ( I am not pretty sure tbh) you wanna press it to make sure the website knows that you paid
6. after that, the buyer will take around 2 mins just to redeem the card and release the money for you, don't worry this is 100% safe and never had any problems with it ( i exchanged +1.5k$ with no problems)
7.enjoy your money
note : some people might tell you to contact them on WhatsApp or discord if you want to exchange more, some of them actually scams so you better exchange at the website for you safety.

2. Ipayyou allows you to signup and get bitcoin from buying giftcards on amazon. This even works on fresh amazon accounts most of the time.
3. Go to the earn section and choose a e-giftcard to buy. Best rates are for e-giftcards $100+
4. Follow the instructions on ipayyou, its pretty straight forward. you buy the item and send to the specific email they provide, paste your order ID to them with your BTC address then get paid.
5. Wait and your bitcoin will be paid out into the wallet address you provide.
