Just find a stat or verified instagram accounts that have the contact option, you can search keywords like memes or anime etc. I've got a few verified accounts doing it and stats were a lot easier to get. Once you find the an account with the contact option all you have to do is try to create the email then reset password! You'll see how simple and easy this is when you found a few accounts and it did it yourself.
