Easy AF. Go to victim's profile here and scroll to Information.

It may have available his country but if not ,he will have his time or clock in the size of Status.

Search in google for countries with that time and sort them by looking at his profile. Like if his name is from a USA dictionary etc.
Method is very simple and I have tried with premium and infinity members.
