My modified anonfiles suggestion

Lot of users suggested to close all threads containing anonfiles links,
I suggest for the c.io bot to send a private message to every thread owner,

giving them a time period (like 1 week) to update the link to a new one,

and if they do not, it will close.

it will save so much time for staff members to receive lot of requests to reopen threads to edit the download link (since only staff can open)
