Bring back the ratings from not working to working in the account section

We plebs can't easily buy ourselves premium for many reasons so we can't check accounts instantly but the ratings really helped me tell which one was absolute bullshit and which was actually working so bring it back so we won't waste our time seeing if a account works or not
