Who is the best combo maker/dumper?

I am wondering, from those of you who have tried around; who is the best source for private and HQ combolists on the forum? There are so many different vendors out there but I feel I cannot trust reviews anymore. From your firsthand experience who is the best source for good combos? Cloud or private. Doesnt matter. I just need HQ lines.
