Is LoLiCheats legit?

Been seeing this guy going around posting about every cheat hes got. Which is pretty much every cheat in existence and Im somewhat suspicious. If anyone has ever purchased or know someone who has, let me know what your experience was like with him.

if it is legit, most likely the cheats are pasted and open source bypasses that will probably get you banned

yea, the service has been around for less than a year i thinkno it hasn't but i still find it hard to believe that a singular developer can make all of these cheats
