Suggestion:A change to the avatar system

Description:There are two options
1-changing the avatar system, so it only allows gifs if its a premium user and above instead of everyone,
2-as @CDSG suggested, the allowed avatar file size increase

How will the suggestion benefit the users:
1-It will benefit the user and the site as well. Let me explain how, so now if anyone has an upgrade, he got another perk to his subscription and another reason to be satisfied with his purchase, it won't affect a lot of people since moving avatar isn't required for anything it just looks good, this will also benefit the site because it might be tempting for some users to buy an upgrade for this perk too.


2-allow the upgraded users to upload files bigger than 500kb

Maybe increase the file size (to 5mb or something like that) will be better than this
