Add a way to move to different steps in guides

Let's say I'm writing a guide, the guide is for 2 different kinds of people and I want each person to be able to skip to the part that is important to them, without having to read the rest, I was thinking of some system like how the #'s work on websites like rentry, if you hover over any header you can see a hashtag, if you click that hashtag it brings you to a page that starts from that specific part (example) and if you right click copy link you can send the link to someone and make it start from that specific part of the guide, this can also be used as an index of sorts, if you just do something like this and can make navigating a long guide easier

That's a great suggestion, @AXE! It would make navigating guides so much easier, especially for those who only need specific information.
