Perma ban people with 15+ warnings.
If they got this many warnings, they are clearly playing with the rules, thus are either exploiting the forum or making it LQ.
This would uphold forum quality and integrity, and would target those who persistently ignore our community guidelines, degrading our forum's quality and overburdening our moderators.
Let's enforce strict consequences to foster respectful and meaningful threads and comments.
