Force ppls like threads.

I posted a config here, it has 13 pages of comments but only 16 likes.
so my suggestion is to force ppls like the thread to unlock the " file".

like assume if a thread have 200+ pages of comments .. thats like 2k to 3k likes

everyone who spam in combos / accounts / porn sections will be in godlike / heaven
