General question about forum ads

I bought an advert about half year ago. It should be posted in 3 months , could i ask if i can change the ad banner? because a year after we have changed our company commercials and ads.

I tried but our conversation didnt endup anywhere , ad time is always increasing and its weird.
I was thinking maybe there is something more automated somewhere , to change at least the picture of advert.
