From Being a Nobody To Being a Nobody with Other's following me, What went right that made my business good and stable? What about the other people from the forums?
1. Come up with an idea & Be Right about it: When I started out, There was no Openup Shops, I understood that this might leave an open opportunity for me, But the Hardest part was about convincing others why they need it. I needed to educate people on WHY they needed it, And I made sure my education is being well advertised so people are familiar. Sooner than I realize, I was able to capture the market. This was the same for First Refunders, First Account Shop Owners, First Ebook Seller and whatever. They understood the basic thing: Come up with an idea that somehow relates to the market, Then Advertising that idea into convincing people. Now Openups are surely a thing before most forum users were born, However, It was rarely brought into the light.

2. Put Customers First: Understanding Customer's needs is the best way to make sure they stick around. 80% of your income comes from 20% of your customers. I understood some basic Principles like: For Openups, They Need it Fast = So I made sure My Openups are Instant. For Openups: Theft is a common thing, So I made sure to warn users to Secure the Account, Before Selling My stuff, I secured them myself as well (I still do it). And even though I never told it to anybody, Customers Understood that I am secretly looking out for them. For Openups, The Most Common Problem is: Majority of Openup sellers are assholes. They don't give a shit Unless you open a scam report against them. I tried to do it differently by making sure it doesn't go to that. And being nice at all times, Being Fair. In Short: Check out others, Make sure you are an improved version of everyone else
3. Advertising: it's a big concept, But In short this is what I did: 6 Months of Ads, Then Stop Ads and Reap the Fruit of 6 Months of Ads. I did it time and time again, Because After 6 months, Ads are kind of Useless, People get used to the Golden Banners And Threads and shit. You need to make sure they don't EVER get bored of you, Best way to do that, Is becoming 6 months available, 6 Months Unavailable. 6 Months available again. This way people are like "Oh I saw this guy" "Nvm, I forgot About him" "Wait isn't this the guy I saw some time ago?" This way, After 3-4 repetitions, Your Brand is in their brains
4. Don't scam: If your main goal is to actually create a business, Don't be a scam or be Scummy. People would rather pay more than to be scammed. Let that sink in. Most people don't understand what's good for them, It's your responsibility to make sure in the end, it's good for them, Thus keeping the win yours at the end.
5. Be Controversial: This is probably the most underrated technique. However, It really works, Any Attention is good attention. It's better to be shitted on than to be ignored. Do some dumb shit on purpose and see how dominos effect take place. Your Name will be everywhere, Which then you can convert in your advantage.
