license .exe can be reverse engineered?

i bought an app for 1 day. 1 day license and it expires. are these kind of .exe easy to be reverse engineered or blocked?

if so, what should i install, do. reply with a book link or anything at least. i can read references.

i think it depends on the security of the app,

i know apps that have brutal security so this doesnt happen ( high end cheats for example )

but normal user base applications should be reversed surely.
id make a thread on buyers bay.
