Make the rich text editor resizable

It's always too small in height when creating a thread, or leaving a detailed comment
It's possible to add this CSS ourselves, but it would be simplier and more welcoming to new members who may not know about the custom CSS thing

There is this resize CSS property that makes it extremely easy
