Need a good proxy provider

Hello!
I need a good cheap residential proxy provider. I need static proxies that I can select the country (pref state/region within the country). I need the following from the provider;

• Real residential proxies (No LQ mass-bought proxies from a residential provider, which is flagged as a data center by major sites).
  
• Must have a low fraud score.
  
• No monthly cost, I want to pay per GB and/or IP.
  
• A vast variety of countries (pref able to choose state/region within the country).
  
• Multiple payment options (pref card/paypal on top of crypto)
  
• Automatic (I do not want to wait a few hours for each proxy change)

Any suggestions are welcome. I don't want to pay $20-40+ a month just to gain access to some shitty "residential proxies" and only use a few of them. I don't need to automate them, I need them for personal use (for logs, making KYC accounts, and similar).
