I mean by normal purchase that its not a CB on a person itll be from a website. My homie has been wanting a puffco peak for a fucking minute and Im tryna get him on for yk holiday szn so I was looking for someone who could do the refund via PayPal as I cant find any normal sites selling it due to its nature.
