Really Basic .bat unencrypted you can reskin as you please, Made this a few years ago found it and realized it might be useful to some people

UPDATE: There are some Errors like sending False RIP Messages to UnDowned Sites (Still Works with most Sites though)

So what it does, correct me if im wrong, it checks for your current ms/response time on a hardcoded site like google?

P much, Alotof people ping so they can see if they downed a IP or Web Page.

I could see this come in handy if on unstable internet and you wanna play a game, but first check the ms to see if its possible.
