Report improves

Current issues:Currently when you report a thread who has been already been reported, you get the message to report again, but that's a bit of a issue since you don't know why the other person reported a thread.

How to improve: When someone reports a thread and you also want to report there should be a message saying why the thread has been reported and if you want to report a thread for a other reason then there should be a button to report for a other reason.
