We do it to save our customers from getting their infos stolen, we understand unlike blocked accounts, these accounts are private and customers will load $$$ to it

If someone who is not known gets access to livechat support, They can do big damage for our customers, it happened twice earlier, Thankfully it was for a brief amount of time until we figured out and the person costed us only $3000

But if we gave him 1 day, We would be fucked, Estimated around $15000 would be lost

A lot of people don't understand how serious this business is, And think "Why don't we hire someone"

Our Support is slow but we make sure it's the best reliable one who won't touch your single thing, We have extreme bossware on their PC's and we can see everything they do and we know them in real life
