I need Pick-Up and Custom Delivery Scan with custom German locations at my own choice within Germany ??

I pay 500 eur for this.

Any courier can be - I will purchase the normal shipping label at my own cost, on my own.

So that it is NOT a return related label but a normal shipping label only.
