the requirements seem good, maybe the rep requirement is a little low compared to the likes though, so maybe 1.5k rep and 6 months online time (sounds nicer)

as for the name, sunshine doesn't really fit now so something space related or mythical might be nice:

I would love eitherGalactic or Sapphire as the new rank. Sunshine just doesn't fit as the "final rank". Also, the requirements are good however, Online time should be 3 months at most...
Also, the 6 month warning point requirement seems way too complicated.. what if someone posted a thread without a virustotal link just because they forgot to? Doesn't that seem silly to make them wait 6 months to get their deserved rank?

Im with sango on this one, sunshine isnt the best name at all. I would go with maybe Enigma or Sapphire
