clarification: i mean at least put them on a different "type" of scam report, eg longer reply, make it so it doesnt open a dwc. anyone can just use stolen c.io accounts or make an alt then open scam reports for fun. can be abused

lot of flaws with the ban system , got my old account w/ premium banned because someone boosted the likes with alt accounts

They might have been rep raped by the scammer and their friends, or they might only be here to buy stuff and have never built up rep since they're not asking everyone for rep like most users on cio.
