Someone is accusing me of scam

@AT0M77 is the person who paid me for a proxy. I was trying to resell to him. Found one I paid $7 to the guy but got scammed then he asked for a refund and was hyped so I refunded him. Now he is accusing me of everything and wants me to get banned

Please decide whos wrong here.

"Trying to". You are still responsible for taking money from someone. Whether you bought it straight from the website or resold it none of his concern. He just needs to get what he paid for.
