I sent him 15$ for 20GB luminati proxy: http://prntscr.com/rqcygm / http://prntscr.com/rqcyxq
He sent to me a random not working proxy not LUMINATI proxy: http://prntscr.com/rqcz7t
After this he gone offline + changed his disscord on his profile at forum : http://prntscr.com/rqczo5 / http://prntscr.com/rqcq8d
He thinked that i dont know which user he was so he tryed to go away with the SCAM
So i sent a PM to him: http://prntscr.com/rqd0du , after this he instantly come online on DISCORD and also changed discord on forum again: http://prntscr.com/rqd1jm

at end he refunded my BTC cuz he knows that i caughthim ...

I was trying to buy it from another person

You said you have 20GB luminati without having it ?
You tryed to fool me with a non luminati proxy + not working one ?
You said you dont have btc left to refund me, till you saw that i caught you trying to scam me
