contacted he for a simple refund (less than 200$) in Sephora, the guy tried a EMPTY BOX method (saturated af), the refund got refused and my account got blocked, luckily I contacted sephora via phone and can fix this situation and returned the items...
the support is good, but the service don't work (atleast for me)
Personally, I don't feel comfortable for using his service again. (who uses empty box in 2022?)
the guy is a good one, but honestly, don't know about the newest methods available.
